- Heater Control panel comes with digital type temperature controllers and digital type amphere meters.
- As per extrusion barrel heating zones thermocouples are coupled with contacters to barrel.
- Automatic Heat cutoff Provisions are given with contacters.
- Control Panel also controls PID air Blowers to maintain heat of processing chemicals.
- Variable frequency drive(VFD - Inverter) are provided in the panel for controlling speed and frequency of main motor and traction motors.
